Refund Policy
Returns
If you wish to return any items or an order, please contact us at info@phytoca.eu
You can return the goods within 14 days after delivery.
You are eligible for the returning freight cost & have the full responsible for the products, until they are returned to us.

The condition of the product when you return it
To comply with our policies, returned items must meet following criterias:
The item/s has not been used in any manner.
The item/s is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was shipped.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged item upon delivery, please immediately take pictures of the package, shipping label and its content.
Email us the photos with any relevant information, no more than 24 hours after receipt of delivery.

Guarantees
We offer a 2-year guarantee on all products/items cf. EU law.
The 2-year guarantee period starts as soon as you receive your goods.
